I've had the monitor on my water tank for a couple of years now. I live near Phoenix, AZ so the temperature on top of the tank is extreme.
I have to say it has performed flawlessly during that time.

I live in Australia and have had a unit for over a decade. The system has been a godsend to me. I recently experienced an "inexplicable" problem and the team at Aquatel quickly resolved the issue and the system is up and running perfectly again. Thanks a lot guys.

At the outset we had some issues with mis-reading that were caused by my unsuitable sighting of the sensor unit. Support from Aquatel and an eventual update of the sender unit model, solved the problem of false readings. Very satisfied.

I had some trouble at first with the setup, however the team at Aquatel were great in helping me identify the problem. Somehow, I installed the wrong voltage system for my requirements. Aquatel promptly arranged a replacement system and after powering up the display unit, it connected and is working great!
Love this product. The backlit display is a big improvement over the earlier M107. Can’t wait until the web enabled software for this model becomes available.
